A four-day residential gathering for the wider IDG community on a private island in the Stockholm archipelago, built as an emergent learning space rather than a curriculum. A central thread is extended dialogue with Erik Fernholm on where society is heading and why inner development matters to systemic change. Capacity is deliberately small at 30 people, first come first served. Shared twin rooms, all meals, and bus and boat from Stockholm are included; the group leaves Cityterminalen at 09:45 on 1 October and returns around 16:30 on the 4th.
