You are invited to join the Courageous Wholeness Founding Cohort. This is an experiment in using an AI-powered app to make inner development a consistent daily practice in ways that are personalized, powerful, and scalable. It's an initiative of the Center for Courageous Wholeness, and educational institution focused on helping individuals and organizations cultivate shadow-integrated servant leadership. The Center was founded by Dr. Max Klau, who shared a "Story from the Field" at the 2025 IDG Global Summit focused on his work bringing inner development with a focus on shadow into the realm of American politics. As part of an ongoing effort to innovate around approaches to guiding individuals through an experience of inner development a focus on shadow, Max has built the Courageous Wholeness app. It's a resource that uses AI to guide users through the work of crafting their mission and shadow, and then provides personalized prompts that invite users to focus on their inner wholeness for just a moment or two on a consistent basis. This Founding Cohort is an opportunity to learn from and with a community of individuals who understand the importance of inner development. This isn't simply about trying out a new resource; it's a chance to help shape an approach that I hope can make this work more accessible and impactful for many others in the years ahead.
