Have you ever just wanted to go into a meeting and just BE? While part of the IDG Transition Forums has been to invite all participants to share ideas, thoughts, and emotions regarding the IDG transition, it has always been in a rather structured format with limited time for extended conversation. We are aware that there is more that has not been addressed for different reasons. That is why this Emergent Conversations Space will be more like the after-glow, offering a safe space for whatever is present and wants to emerge. Come share what is arising for you so we can hear the small voices that don't often get heard. We'll explore together what is arising in the field and what wants to be heard.
