The IDG Climate Week Zurich Network events , taking place during Climate Week Zurich, bring together a series of participatory sessions focused on the inner capacities needed for meaningful climate action. Across formats such as systems thinking, leadership reflection, mindfulness, art, dialogue, and serious games, the events invite participants to connect self-awareness with collective impact, strengthen collaboration in complexity, and translate values into action. Designed as accessible, practice-based experiences rather than lectures, the programme emphasises learning from one another, activating the knowledge already present in the network, and creating conditions for continued collaboration beyond the week itself. Systems Thinking for Climate Action (May 5, 07:30–09:30) A session that combines systems thinking tools with relationship-building practices to enhance collaboration for climate action. Practical and interactive, it helps participants understand how to work effectively across complex systems. 2. Self to System – Leadership for Business Impact Deep Dive (May 7, 12:30–14:30) An immersive session exploring how a learning mindset strengthens leadership, teamwork, and meaningful action, especially in business contexts. 3.
