It focuses on targeted self-assessment practices and tools developed at European level, aimed at providing guidance to VET learners, particularly those facing barriers to education and employment. Participants are supported in recognising and valuing their Personal, Social and Learning to Learn competence gained through everyday experiences, strengthening their ability to shape their own learning and career paths.
