This workshop was designed around the concept that inner transformation can drive outer sustainability. Participants were guided into a long-practiced natural farming field following the Shumei method, where no chemical fertilizers or pesticides are used. Through observing the resilience of plants taking root, participants reflected on the relationship between humans and the land. The program integrated guided somatic practices, including breath awareness and sound resonance, creating a space for participants to reset physically and mentally within the rhythms of nature. By exploring the connections between food, emotion, and consciousness, and concluding with a shared hands-on experience of
