What would it look like to integrate a focus on the shadow to the IDG framework? Join us for a workshop that involves exploring this question. The session will be led by Dr. Max Klau, founder of the Center for Courageous Wholeness and a presenter of one of the "Stories from the Field" talks at this year's conference. Max's talk discussed the work of engaging politicians in the U.S. in exploring their shadow, and it generated a lot of interest and questions about what it might look like to bring a focus on shadow to the IDGs. This workshop will include two elements: The first hour will invite participants to confront their own shadow as way to explore the concept of shadow in a personal way. The second hour will focus on discussing what it might look like to integrate a focus on shadow to the IDG model. This is a chance to not only explore these ideas, but provide feedback and ideas with the potential to shape this work in the future.
