Contented World: Sustainability Accelerator Working with the Inner Development Goals as a common language and practice, we bring together practitioners from around the world to support each other in taking the wider eco-systems into our work. Facilitated by a coach, eco-psychotherapist and auditor with 20 years' experience working with sustainability and organisations, we create safe spaces where participants can present their issues without fear of judgement. With the help of the group, you consider your options and decide what action to take. You commit to keeping a diary and reporting back on what happens. Our offer: group and 1:1 support Monthly workshops run for 2.5 hours with the classic 'IDG' check-in and afterglow. In-between, 1:1 coaching and mentoring is available, with access to an extensive curated library of third-party resources. Generous discounts are available with bursaries for people with low wages and for victims of war and climate change. We run most sessions in English or Spanish and do our best to support non-native speakers. 5% of fees are donated to the IDG Foundation. Certification The international Institute of Leadership awards certificates and post-nominals (eg MIoL after your name) for participants who complete the programme satisfactorily. This usually requires three workshops: Grounding and Being; Thinking and Relating; Collaborating and Acting, and the reflective account after each.
