Since 1975, Barry Johnson has been pioneering the theory and practice of polarities—interdependent pairs that require thinking/acting in “Both/And” to be effective in inner and outer development, over time. His recent book, “And: How to Leverage Polarity, Paradox, and Dilemma, Volume 1 – Foundations”, offers a transformative lens for understanding how polarities operate in human systems—and how to harness their power in practice.In this session, Barry Johnson and Cliff Kayser (IDG Ambassador, Aconcagua Cohort) will guide participants through a dynamic introduction to polarity thinking. You’ll gain essential awareness and tools to better embrace polarity tensions—both individually and collectively—as a way to bridge the gap between today’s complex challenges and the future we aspire to create. Together, we’ll explore why we get stuck, and how we can move forward with greater wisdom, agility, and impact.
