Two years after the Odra River disaster, the waters and communities are still healing. The crisis exposed deep vulnerabilities—but also ignited a call to reimagine rivers as living systems , not just resources. Europe is warming faster than any other continent. Intensifying heat, drought, and rising water demand are placing critical pressure on rivers—the lifelines of our health, food, energy, and ecosystems. The Odra (Oder) River basin is no exception. Yet this bioregion holds powerful potential for connection, renewal, and regeneration . 🌿 Join 🌀Odra Flow in a collective journey of sense-making and co-creating a new story—one rooted in stewardship, resilience, and belonging. 🌀 Korowód Bioregional Center and the EquiRoots Climate Collective invite diverse voices—from across disciplines and cultures—to share stories, practices, and perspectives that honor rivers as living systems carrying memory, interconnection, and life. 💧 Let’s regenerate our relationship with the environment, economy, and society—through bioregional thinking, and together.
