How can we create truly sustainable social and economic forms if we don’t recognize that our Four Bodies are, in fact, one ? As AI and rapid technological shifts challenge our perception of self, society, and the planet, finding balance has never been more critical. The Four Bodies Model —rooted in embodied awareness—provides an embodied framework for integrating Inner Development Goals (IDG) with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) . In this workshop, we will take a deep dive into the Techno-Body —the dimension that shapes and is shaped by our relationship with technology. 🔹 How can we move beyond a dualistic relationship with AI and technology? 🔹 How can we foster ethical and sustainable socio-economic transformation—without guilt or scapegoating? 🔹 As Theory U’s presencing reminds us, the future unfolds in the now—how do we presence all Four Bodies in this unfolding? Beyond exploration, we will engage in Compassionate Systems Leadership practices and co-sense our Four Bodies together , creating space for embodied awareness and collective intelligence.
