A Learning Journey toward Greater Self-Awareness - our personal effectiveness depends very much on how we perceive & interpret the task we are working on, the people we are working with and, most Importantly, our own self . Inner Growth is about making this perception & interpretation more expansive, less distorted, less egocentric & less reactive.
