In May, IDG Hub of Hong Kong is to explore how we grow as adults and why it’s important in a complex world. We are being asked to navigate increasing levels of complexity in our daily lives. Our perspective and how we make sense of the world around us influences how we think, feel and act in our work, relationships and leadership. In this workshop we shall find out how the concept of Vertical Development - how we grow as adults - can help you leverage your life experiences to develop and grow your capacity to think and feel in more complex, creative and adaptive ways.
