In this event, we shall explore the Inner compass and Integrity and Authenticity of the Being pillar under the IDG framework. Theory U is one of the advocated tool by IDG to facilitate transformation. Social Presencing Theatre ("SPT") is one of the somatic practices that advocated by Theory U to deep dive for body wisdom, to explore and learn unknowing to knowing via "being" present and sensing. One of our core member, experienced developmental coach, Ms. Vicky Lee in late April will facilitate a tri-lingual tasting session to be inclusive for the public to explore, connect and embrace their authentic selves.
