Few would argue that our life is fully dependent on the availability of fresh air, clean water and natural sources of food and nourishment. Our human existence is intertwined with all the non-human elements and entities on Earth. And yet, how many of us live in a way that reflects this truth? How can Deep Ecology offer a way out of the many crisis we find ourselves in? How can we move from a place of overwhelm or inaction to taking the next best step towards wellbeing for all? This interactive workshop introduces the philosophy of Deep Ecology and offers some simple and practical skills to help us stay motivated and energised in our efforts towards thriving life. There will be content sharing and experiential activities. This workshop is suitable for those who: - Care about what kind of planet we will be leaving for future generations - Want to get motivated to take action for humanity and the environment - Might be feeling overwhelmed by information overload - Are curious about Deep Ecology and how it might be useful in personal and environmental activism For more information and registration: forms.gle/n3pdSE1qHUmnxy15A
