We are excited to host a new Coaching in Science Initiative (CSI) Seminar titled: ‘ Growth Mindset and Goal Setting ’ This seminar will focus on the importance of adopting a growth mindset when setting goals. We will discuss: What is a growth mindset? Why is it important? How can we adopt a growth mindset? How can we promote a growth mindset in others? How to incorporate a growth mindset into goal setting and how a growth mindset can help us become more resilient as we work on our goals We will begin with a ~ 20 min talk, held in Solna and over zoom. Then proceed with a reflection and discussion held only on-site. We encourage other sites to form watch parties, by listening in together to the talk and then hold their own discussion afterwards. Hopefully seeding many local chapters of CSI.
