Focus for February 2024: SENSE-MAKING - “ Skills in seeing patterns, structuring the unknown and being able to consciously create stories” is the quality we want to explore, supported with a (self)-compassionate attitude. The Inner Development Goals (IDG) Empathy & Compassion Hub meets every month to practice (self-)compassion and one of the currently 23 IDG skills. As a team that practices collaboration itself, Galia Tyano Ronen (Israel), Mirjam Luthe (Germany), Lotta Adelstal (Sweden) and Susan Gitau (Kenya) will hold the space for us all.
