At the end of January we’re organizing a big online conference called the Transformational Learning Summit. We’re bringing together some of the leading thinkers, educators, coaches, and change makers working in the space of transformation to share their insights. You can register for the summit here: https://transformationallearningsummit.com After we attended the IDG summit this year, we were inspired to start work on a transformational experience design toolkit that might offer specific practices for cultivating the IDG skills. This summit is a step in that direction. I'm hopeful that this will be a valuable resource for the IDG community. The panelists cover a broad spectrum of expertise from academia to practice, philosophy to psychology, racial equity to leadership, and even virtual reality to marketing and sales. Delivering transformation isn’t just about some specific process. It encompasses a whole universe of conditions, understandings, and things that have to happen in order to deliver that experience. The intention of this conference is to offer the insight and inspiration you need to create spaces that cultivate IDG capacities wherever you might be called to do so. Whether you’re creating a course, building a community, or working within an organization, any social context can be a relational space that invites transformational possibility. The conference will consist of a selection of pre-recorded and live sessions that will launch on January 29th, 2024.
