Focus for November 2023: " OPTIMISM " as " Ability to sustain and communicate a sense of hope, positive attitude and confidence in the possibility of meaningful change ” is the skill and quality we want to explore, supported with (self)-compassionate qualities in our next practice session. The Inner Development Goals (IDG) Empathy & Compassion Hub meets every month to practice (self-)compassion and one of the currently 23 IDG skills. As a team that practices collaboration itself, Galia Tyano Ronen (Israel), Mirjam Luthe (Germany), Lotta Adelstal (Sweden), Susan Gitau (Kenya), and in the East Asia friendly time zone Ha Tran (Vietnam) will hold the space for us all.
