IDGs Launch Bulgaria IDGs - Inner Development Goals are 23 transformational skills for sustainable development. In 2015, the United Nations presented a plan for sustainable development of the world by 2030, the so-called United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Accordingly, the IDGs were developed as skills to support this plan at an individual and organisational level. The need to scale up and work at a collective level is enormous, however the challenges are increasingly complex. As a consequence, together with over 4,000 scientists, experts and practitioners, a framework of Capabilities, Qualities and Skills, which are needed to meet the goals of 17 SDGs, has been developed. IDGs ( https://www.innerdevelopmentgoals.org/ ) is a non-profit organization for inner development. Its mission is to research, collect and communicate science-based skills and qualities that help people lead purposeful, sustainable and productive lives. The IDGs were officially established in 2020 by the Ekskäret Foundation, The New Division and the 29k Foundation, as well as a group of researchers, experts and practitioners in leadership and sustainable development, including: • Amy C.
