The IDG Immersion Retreat at a Glance 10-12th June (Saturday to Monday Morning) The Grounds This retreat is built based on the IDG's tool kit and the experience of AdvantiKA's founder with mindfulness and meditation teaching, business change management and implementation of transformational processes in organizations through teamwork and collaboration. The retreat leader is also an expert, consultant and advisor in s ustainable business and supply chains. What is in it - A program for leaders to experience, practice and grow the 23 skills of the Inner Development Goals individually and in a peers-group - A space within nature and with comfort to enable our resilience to stand being the actors of a better world - Mindful effectiveness in alignment with inner values and vision, away from frustrations, stress and burnout The Journey Starting with lunch on Saturday and ending Monday mid-morning, the retreat is designed to mindfully take the participants into an experiential journey of introspection, connection and collaboration, guiding them into inspired and effective action with resilience.
