In this gathering we will work on the IDG dimension of Thinking: Cognitive Skills The theme will be: A systemic look at the climate crisis We will present an analysis of the climate crisis and use Systems Thinking as a tool to map the causality cycles that can aggravate or mitigate the impact of human actions on the climate. During this workshop there will be moments of interaction between participants to reflect on mental models that need to be challenged to produce significant changes and we will also discuss individual actions that can act as leverage points for action against climate change. Facilitators: Leonardo Marques Consultant, corporate instructor and guest lecturer in MBA courses. 12 years of experience with organizational culture and team development using approaches such as Systems Thinking and Agile Methods. With a degree in psychology, a postgraduate degree in Integral Sustainability and Strategic Business Management, he has worked in companies such as: Synnex, Nexa, Google, QuintoAndar, Tigre, Sicredi, Sicoob, Johnson e Johnson, Porto Itapoá, Coflex, among others. Pablo Borges Technical adviser to the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) on adaptation projects to climate change. He holds a PhD in Natural Sciences with an emphasis on Climatology from the Technological University of Dresden, Germany. He is currently dedicated to the area of climate risk management and climate crisis communication.
