LATER GROUP: Explore and Experiment: New ways putting IDGs into action! The Global IDG Practitioners' Network is for change agents who are applying or supporting the Inner Development Goals (IDG) Framework in organisations that are working toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in some way. We meet on one day each month in two formats. On March 1st, at this later gathering we'll explore and experiment as we begin to develop “prototypes” to put the IDGs in action in our context. Groups so far are: Leadership Development for business, entrepreneurs & youth Leadership Development and mindset shifts in the public sector Sustainable Development Higher Education Healthcare Impact Investment IDG "use and development" Organisational change IDGs in teams Inner work in organisations We also welcome new groups to form. IDGs applied: Connectedness, co-creation skills, complexity awareness, creativity, sense-making, perseverance, optimism, empathy & compassion, collaboration. When: 17.30-19.00 CET (Paris) time, 1 March This is a virtual community of practice , We gather to s hare what we are learning as we engage with the IDG Framework in our work; to s upport each other as we use the IDGs; to c reate experiments, prototypes, and action-learning initiatives, to advance practice of the IDGs; and to s ense what is emerging to further refine how the Inner Development Goals can support achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
