We will continue toward our goal to create and test “prototypes” or experiments that put the IDGs into action! Do you have a theme around which you'd like to experiment? What : Continue the process of co-creation of prototypes to test-and-learn how to best apply the IDGs in our context. We'll meet monthly from now until June with others from our field. How : We'll use a variety of prototyping methods to develop and test new ways of putting the IDGs into action. Examples : How to change the narratives in organisations so that their SDG intent becomes more genuine and their impact becomes more focussed on sustainably and building social good. IDGs to mobilize and engage diverse teams as the unit of transformation in organisational change. Leadership development with IDGs as competencies, conducted in nature for a real connection to sustainability. Create sustainability/SDG awareness thru Higher Education by teaching and “living” the IDGs: new cultures and new ways of operating. IDGs as a way for SDG changemakers to build inner strength and strong, clear outer voice. IDGs applied: O penness and learning mindset, l ong-term orientation and visioning, sensemaking, h umility, connectedness, empathy & compassion, c o-creation skills, trust, perseverance, creativity. The IDG Practitioners' Network is for change agents who are applying or supporting the Inner Development Goals (IDG) Framework in organisations that are working toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in some way
