To support each other in using the IDG Framework, we'll engage in a group coaching process to help each other through challenges we face in applying the IDGs. Whether you are already using the IDGs in your work or just have an idea of how you might do that, you're welcome to join. What : Supporting each other in using the IDG Framework in our work or with organisations working toward the SDGs. How : Support via a group coaching process where practitioners will give and get help from/to each other. You're invited to bring a challenge. What's your challenge? Challenge examples: “There's resistance from middle management to engage in our company’s SDG agenda; How can the IDGs help?” or "How can I use the IDG competencies & values in the leadership development programme I'm running or in my classroom?" or "How do I get the conversation going about IDGs in my organisation?" IDGs applied: Sense-making, creativity, co-creation skills, trust, connectedness, and listening with empathy and compassion. The IDG Practitioners' Network is for change agents who are applying or supporting the Inner Development Goals (IDG) Framework in organisations that are working toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in some way.
